1. Promoter

The promoter is Justice Haircare, a division of JUSTICE HAIRCARE PROFESSIONAL PTY LTD ABN: 52 163 805 052 located at 14 Wurrook Circuit, Caringbah New South Wales 2229.

2. Promotion Overview

Customers who place an eligible order on justicehair.com.au between the promotion dates 9am AEST 30th July to 11.59pm AEST 14th August 2025 will go into the running to receive 1 of 12 Labubu’s, which will be randomly placed into orders. There are only 12 Labubu’s available across Australia and New Zealand. There is one Labubu to be won per day. This is a game of chance, and the selection is random.

All eligible orders placed during the promotional period will also earn double points in the JUSTICE Rewards loyalty program. Customers must sign up to the JUSTICE Rewards program to earn and redeem points. JUSTICE Reward loyalty points are not redeemable for cash and subject to relevant terms and conditions available at https://justicehair.com.au/pages/faq

Any information provided about prizes and how to enter the Competition also forms part of these Competition Terms and Conditions (Terms).

By submitting an entry for the Competition (Entry), persons who enter the Competition (Entrants) agree to these Terms.

3. Eligibility

Open to residents of Australia and New Zealand only

Customers must spend a minimum of AUD $60 (including GST) on products in a single transaction at justicehair.com.au

The AUD $60 minimum can include any product(s), but excludes shipping fees and discounts redeemed through Justice Rewards points

Orders must be placed between the Effective Date and End Date (the Promotion Period)

Customers may participate multiple times with separate qualifying purchases. Each order is only eligible for one entry

Employees of the Promoter (and members of their immediate family), employees of salons associated with the Promoter (Just Cuts Salons) and agencies associated with this Competition (and members of their immediate family) are not eligible to enter. For the avoidance of doubt “immediate family” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin

To be eligible to participate in the Competition an Entrant must be 18 years of age. Purchases made by a person that is under 18 years of age will entitle their parent or guardian to enter the Competition on their behalf

All Entries must be received by the Promoter automatically by making an eligible purchase within the Promotion Period in the form specified and the Promoter will not accept any liability for Entries which are rejected because they are late, lost, incomplete, incorrect or otherwise not able to be received or processed. As this promotion is a game of chance, and subject otherwise to these Terms, skill plays no part in determining the winner and each valid Entry will not be individually judged. The winning Entrants are those persons whose Entry is randomly selected at the time of fulfilment. A winner is randomly selected each day before orders are shipped out

4. Prize Details

A total of 12 Labubu’s will be randomly placed into eligible online orders throughout the promotional period. Daily winners will be randomly selected prior to orders being shipped

Selection is entirely random, and placement is not influenced by order time or location

Each Labubu is valued at approximately AUD $32

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in Prize value. Where a Prize (or part thereof) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that Prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities in the Eligible States and Territories

Customers who receive a Labubu will be notified when they open their parcel

The Labubu cannot be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for cash, credit, or other products

If a customer returns their order for a refund (in part or full), and that order included a Labubu, the gift must also be returned

5. Double Points & Loyalty Program

All eligible orders placed during the promotional period will earn double points in the JUSTICE Rewards loyalty program

Customers must be enrolled in the JUSTICE Rewards program to earn and redeem points. Points can be redeemed for eligible rewards as detailed in the loyalty program terms and conditions, available at justicehair.com.au/rewards

Justice Haircare reserves the right to modify or cancel the loyalty program or the double points offer at any time without notice

6. Other Terms

Justice Haircare is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen gifts once delivered

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Pop Mart or Labubu brands

To the extent permitted by law, Justice Haircare reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues

7. Regulatory Compliance

This is a promotional game of chance. No permit is required in any Australian state or territory

For NZ: The promotion is run in compliance with the Gambling Act 2003 and qualifies as a sales promotion scheme not requiring licensing

8. Liability

The Promoter, its promotional partners, prize supplier and their related bodies corporate will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss (including, without limitation, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law)

Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of Prizes

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise

The Promoter makes no representations as to the nature of the Prize(s), including that it is fit for any specific purpose. All liability associated with or arising from the Prize(s) shall vest with the manufacturer. The Entrant expressly agrees that the Promoter is not a manufacturer or distributor of the Prize(s)

The Promoter has no control over communications networks or services, third party online or technical partners, the Internet, or computer or telephone networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)

9. General

If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter or a force majeure event, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to disqualify any Entrant or, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition, as appropriate

The Promoter will give public notice of such force majeure event and that the promotion has been modified, suspended, terminated or cancelled (as appropriate)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state of New South Wales. Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts operating in Australia and the state of New South Wales

These Terms may be amended or replaced from time to time if required by any regulatory authority

References to time/s and deadline/s in these Terms refer to Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time during summer in Australia and Australian Eastern Standard Time during winter in Australia

References to business day means a day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or a bank or public holiday in the state of New South Wales

Prize values are based on recommended retail prices and are correct at the date of publication of these promotion terms and conditions (inclusive of GST). The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in Prize value between now and the ultimate date individual Prizes are taken
