I've placed an order, when can I expect my delivery?
Our warehouse is based in Caringbah, NSW and operates from 7:30am - 4pm, Monday - Friday. Your order will be packed during these hours and you will receive tracking information directly from our couriers (Direct Freight, Aramex, Australia Post) by email. Please also check your junk mail if you do not see this in your inbox. Courier company is selected depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost? 
Shipping is FREE for orders over $60! For orders under $60 it is $10 for Standard Shipping (2-8 Business Days) and $15 for Express Shipping (1-4 Business Days). Shipping time is based on your location.
