When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification from us with a tracking number. This can be used to check the status of your order. Please contact us orders@justicehair.com if your order hasn’t been received within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email.

Standard Shipping is free for orders over $60.

Standard Shipping (2- 8 business days) is $10

Express Shipping (1 - 4 business days) is $15

Absolutely, add the details of the person you are sending the gift to as the shipping address during the checkout process.

Please note for Afterpay there is a $50 minimum spend.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

It can take up to 10 days to process a refund once it has been initiated.

We will happily give you your money back if you have tried our product and are not completely happy. All you need to do is return the product(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery and we will provide your refund.

Please note: Shipping costs are non refundable. Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order and you have to arrange for the products to be shipped back (at your cost) and you'll receive your refund. Only items returned will be approved for a refund.

To initiate a return, simply email us at orders@justicehair.com. All you need is your order number and the email used when the order was placed and our team will reply with detailed instructions on how to return your item for a refund.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Yes! All our products are paraben free.

JUSTICE Haircare is not tested on animals and is cruelty free.

As a brand our products are not certified gluten free and we do not manufacture to be gluten free, therefore, we cannot guarantee that there is no cross contamination during manufacture. We would always advise a consumer to check with a medical professional before use.

Our JUSTICE Professional range is dermatologically tested for use, but we always suggest taking the product and ingredient list to your doctor or skin specialist to confirm use in your specific case.

Yes, all our products have 100% recyclable packaging in line with our Environmental Sustainability Policy.

We recommend using the 10 Second Miracle as part of a 3-step process with our Platinum Shampoo and Platinum Conditioner. Shampoo and condition your hair as normal then remove excess water. Apply 10 Second Miracle as per the instructions, comb through and rinse out.

No, our dry shampoo does not contain Benzene.

The Original Smooth & Groom is what we classify as a Wearable Treatment, meaning that the product helps to smooth the hair surface (cuticle) but also, more importantly it absorbs into the hair-shaft with its Hydrolysed Silk Proteins. No rinsing is needed.

Our Original Smooth & Groom is a daily hair moisturiser which tames frizz and provides thermal and environmental protection. Our Smooth & Groom Two Phase is a lightweight conditioning shot that works in two phases to restore the external layer and inner core of the hair cuticle to strengthen, nourish and eliminate static.

We recommend both these products if you're looking to tame frizz and provide extra nourishment to your hair.

Our anti dandruff treatment combines botanically based active ingredients Ziziphus Joazeiro Bark Extract, Lemon & Eucalyptus Extracts and Hibiscus Flower Vinegar to calm the scalp and control sebum (oil) production, whilst treating dandruff.

To unlock the pump mechanism, ensure the bottle's neck is securely tightened. Once the neck is fastened, twist the pump several times clockwise to release it.

Our subscription service offers two recurring delivery periods. One every 4 weeks with a 10% discount and the other for delivery every 8 weeks with 5% discount

After creating your account, you can easily add, modify, skip a delivery or cancel your subscription through your dashboard.

Your subscription can be cancelled by logging into your account. Select Manage Subscriptions and select cancel.

GOLDEN TICKET PROMOTION TERMS

This promotion is open only to customers placing orders with delivery addresses within Australia and New Zealand.

Orders must be placed on the JUSTICE Haircare website between 1 November 2024 and 30 November 2024.

Customers who spend $100 AUD/NZD or more in a single online order are eligible to participate in the Golden Ticket promotion.

Ten (10) Golden Tickets will be randomly placed in orders. Each Golden Ticket is redeemable for a $200 AUD/NZD JUSTICE Haircare voucher, valid on future purchases.

Only one Golden Ticket is allowed per order. Multiple orders of $100 or more do not increase the likelihood of winning.

Each Golden Ticket entitles the winner to a single-use voucher worth $200 AUD/NZD at JUSTICE Haircare’s online store.

The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Vouchers must be redeemed by the expiration date listed on the Golden Ticket, subject to availability of products.

Winners will receive a Golden Ticket in their delivery package. JUSTICE Haircare reserves the right to announce winners’ names in social media posts, emails, or other marketing channels with winners’ permission.
