FAST POSTAGE but the Light Ash Blonde isn't "blonde" in any way, shape or form

"I purchased this brand because I've been through two very major surgeries back-to-back and I have suffered huge hair loss, with large patches of hair missing. I used to get my hair chemically treated with a half head of blonde foils at the hairdresser, but I realised I couldn't do this anymore at the risk of losing all of my hair.I purchased the Light Ash Blonde but it isn't "blonde" in any way, shape or form. My hair turned out brown all over. It was good to help cover the greys, although there are still some there, so it didn't entirely do the job. The conditioner feels soft. Unfortunately, my hair is a bit fuzzier than usual after drying it, though. I always use the same anti-frizz treatment that I've been using for 10 years or more, so it's not that.I also bought the Pearl Toner, so I'll try that next in the hope of successfully lightening my hair more. I'm confused as to why they call it a Toner and also a Colour. There are no explanations online as to why they call it a Toner, other than it takes the reds out of the hair. I'm not terribly disappointed, I just think you have to experiment until you find the right colour that you're looking for. If I try one or two more of the lighter blondes and find none of them are suitable, I'll move on to another brand. ThanksShelly"
