After continued growth globally we are delighted to welcome Cristobal de la Rubia Pena as JUSTICE Professional Marketing Director in 2022.
Cristobal joins the brand after 15 years with Revlon Professional holding senior positions in both Europe and most recently Australia. Cristobal has 20 years of experience in marketing, focusing on people culture, productivity through leadership and digitally modernised the Revlon Professional strategic marketing plans. He has Activated 360° campaigns that blend digital and traditional elements to provide cut-through in noisy markets, proving himself as someone who is diligent, efficient, fast learning, hardworking and motivated.
Over the last 15 years, he has actively worked with Revlon Professional, American Crew, Nielsen, Henkel & Schwarzkopf and Spotless Group.
Cristobal is a well liked and much respected professional in the Hairdressing industry Globally. His experience in global markets including Asia Pacific, Europe and the United Kingdom will be instrumental to our salon trade partners as we continue to grow JUSTICE Professional year on year. Cristobal will be an instrumental part of the Justice team in driving the growth of the Justice brand across all countries with our already amazing team!
